Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, use, or does not include the original packaging may be subject to partial refund or denial of return.
Free Returns & Exchanges
TABLELAB offers free returns and exchanges on all orders. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. There are no hidden costs – no restocking fee and no return shipping charges. Simply follow the instructions provided in your return confirmation email.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Log into your TABLELAB account or contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call (415) 555-1234 to request a return authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all manuals, accessories, and any free gifts received with the product.
- Attach the prepaid return label provided by TABLELAB to the outside of the package. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item within 10 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, simply indicate your preference during the return request process. We will ship the replacement product as soon as your returned item is scanning in our system. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or store credit as an alternative.
No Restocking Fee
TABLELAB does not charge any restocking fees for returned or exchanged items. The full purchase price (excluding any gift cards or promotional credits) will be refunded, subject to the condition requirements above.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Opened consumables (e.g., cleaning liquids, food items)
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as “final sale” on the product page
- Gift cards
If you have a concern about a non-returnable item, please contact us and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please include order number and photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
International Returns
Currently, TABLELAB only accepts returns and exchanges from domestic addresses within the United States. If you are outside the US and have a concern, please reach out to our team for assistance.
