Free Shipping
TABLELAB offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and no hidden fees. Shipping costs are fully covered by TABLELAB, ensuring that the price you see at checkout is the final price. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only; expedited or overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. This handling time allows our team to verify payment details, ensure product availability, and carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day following the holiday or weekend. During peak periods, such as holiday seasons, handling times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. TABLELAB will communicate any such delays via email to the address provided at checkout.
Transit Time
After the handling period, standard shipping transit time is 2 to 5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or address errors may affect the actual delivery date. TABLELAB is not responsible for any delays once the package is in the possession of the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the handling period, please contact our customer support team so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Shipping Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Any order placed after this cut-off will be considered as submitted the following business day. For example, an order placed at 6:00 PM EST on Monday will begin processing on Tuesday. This cut-off also applies to expedited shipping options; late orders will be shipped the next eligible day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you reside in one of these locations, please contact us before placing an order to explore possible alternatives, though we cannot guarantee shipping availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. We recommend monitoring your package’s progress and signing for delivery if required by the carrier. TABLELAB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. TABLELAB cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you realize the address is wrong after placing the order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
Shipping Damage or Defects
Your order is carefully packed to minimize damage. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy.
