5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. TABLELAB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title remains with TABLELAB until full payment has been received.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return unworn, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping charges. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund including shipping.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
TABLELAB products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs. Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as is” without any other warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
